ministry called Reformers Unanimous.

REFORMERS UNANIMOUS is
a national, Christ-Centered addictions program, headquartered in
Rockford, Illinois. |
|
Riverview Baptist Church hosts the program called
Reformers Unanimous or R.U. every Friday night from 7 PM to 9 PM. |
|
R.U.
is open to all adults who struggle with an addiction or a
“stubborn habit”.
Children of students may attend R.U.K. ,
Reformers Unanimous for KIDS, a
great children’s program. A nursery is provided and transportation is
available. |

Unanimous program reaches into
our areas’
Jails and Prisons where weekly meetings are held. Many men and women are
won to Jesus Christ through this outreach and many are finding a totally new
life in Christ!

Reformers Unanimous founder and National Director, Steve
Currington, after a ten year addiction to drugs and alcohol, was able to
put aside his addictions through his faith in Jesus Christ, support of
his local church, and his understanding of God’s principles of life
from the Bible. Currington founded
Reformers Unanimous in April of 1996 to share the truth and principles
that helped him overcome his addictions. The success rate is very high
for the student who applies the curriculum and principles taught as well
as being faithful to the meetings.
